Sometimes a good way to figure out how to manage our own situation is by focusing on something external to your own worries. Ask a friend how they’re doing. Ask your neighbor if they could use some help shoveling. Lend a hand to someone in need. Two things happen- you give your mind a well needed rest (and hopefully you too!), and you just might gain some perspective!
